Section 6b of the Act. And in accordance with this regulation, if any institution or agency withholds the assets or funds of any person, group or organization, it shall inform the concerned person, group or organization in the format as per schedule-6.
(2) Section 6 of the Act. According to this regulation, if any institution or agency freezes or releases the assets or funds of any person, group or organization, the details of such assets or funds shall be provided by the reporting organization in the format as per Schedule-7 within three days from the date of the retention or release of such assets or funds. Or the entity shall send a copy to the Ministry of Finance and give a copy to the financial information unit.
